I have a need, a desire, a PASSION to succeed. A piece of my success comes from teaching and seeing those around me grow. If I can be just a small part of helping someone achieve their success, then I have been successful.

Everything begins with you. When I say you I mean all of us. Attitude Make all the difference and this site is about developing a winning attitudes. I will give you the keys to success, but it will take you and your attitude to make them work. RandyBeckett.com and Power of 3 Video Productions was founded in 2009 as a Virtual CEO, leadership coaching and consulting firm. I have had the privilege of working with major financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing companies, and even mega churches. I have worked with pro athletes, national speakers, entrepreneurs and political leaders along the way. The one thing that I have found in common with all of the amazing people is that they have a desire, a Passion to make a difference.

The definition of Success is this: The accomplishment of an aim or purpose(passion).

My greatest passion is sharing my faith in Jesus Christ. My faith is the foundation of my success.
