With 30 years as a Commercial Banker, Chief Financial Officer, Business Consultant and Coach, I have had the privilege of training and working with some of the finest businesses in the country from small "mom & pop" companies to some of the largest corporations in the United States. I have been part of some amazing growth & success stories with thousands of clients and yet I have been witness to some of the most devastating defeats known to the corporate world.

The decision makers and true lenders of today are hid behind some very thick walls in a city far, far, away and you, the business owner, don't have access to them anymore. This change in the banking world is the reason that I retired some years ago. The decision making process was taken away from the local bank and shifted to a regional and national structure.

You, the entrepreneur, have been left behind to fend for yourself. Wall Street is in a volatile market with no clear direction. With all of the Government bailouts and stimulus plans the state of the economy is so muddy that the bottom of the market isn't even in clear site. Confidence in our lending institutions are deteriorating at a rapid pace, creating a climate of protest on Wall Street. Economic conditions like this have not been seen since the late 70's. Our own government is drifting like a lifeless ship in the ocean, with no visible leadership at the helm.
